The wrinkly years are not to be denied, reviled or feared, but to be welcomed and enjoyed. Forget a quiet, dignified old age and party on!!!!!!!!	As explained on aol - 4 cups of coffee keeps depression at bay, green tea helps fat absorbion,a brisk walk help the heart ,sex keeps us fit , word games keep our minds active, and marmite helps with alzhmier disease,so if I have green tea followed by marmite take a coffee whilst walking, quick bonk on returning, followed by a word game ,every day I should be fine ,on the other hand plain chocolate seems to be able to do all of this in one bite.!!!!!!!
