The Danish Collie Club, in co-operation with the International Collie Society, is proud to invite collie friends
to a fun and exciting Collie Festival. The Festival will be based at the
'Knudhule Holiday Centre' near to the City of Ry, situated in a beautiful Lakeland area of outstanding
natural beauty in the centre of Jutland.
The Danish Collie Club has planned an exciting and comprehensive programme in order to cover
a variety of interests within the collie world.

Practical
Information
The Danish Collie Club has raised their entry fees around the World Winner
Show, therefore the Danish Collie Club cannot keep the normal entry fees and
as a speciality club under the Danish Kennel Club we have to follow the fee
and entry deadlines.
Therefore the Danish Collie Club decided that
Entry of 1 dog entitles - 1 dinner voucher.
Entry of 2 dogs entitles to - 2 dinner vouchers
Entry of 3 dogs entitles to - 3 dinner vouchers.
Dinner vouchers can be used:
Tuesday evening 22nd June
Wednesday, Bonfire evening 23rd June
Thursday evening 24th June
Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings 26 to 28th June.

Accommodation.
Knudhule Holiday Centre is similar to British 'Centre-Parks', with self-catering
log cabins accommodating from
2 - 4 people [see web site www.knudhule.dk]
Activities available at Knudhule include walking, cycling, swimming, fishing, bridge, golf, dancing and sailing.
Bed
and Breakfast bookings are reasonably priced at 275dkkr/38€/£34.00
(£ rate as of May 21st 2009)
per person/per night.
General information, including payment details
As the cabins may also be rented by local holiday-makers, we recommend an early reservation, that is
no later than 1 March 2010.
Booking at nearby campsites can also be arranged at favourable prices.
Travel.
Airports: Recommended arrival airports are either Billund or Aarhus.
For British Delegates - please note that Ryanair flies to both destinations from London [Stansted].
and to Billhund only from Birmingham.
