Deanjan started about 28 years ago. I bought my first collie, [Like most people I fell in love with Lassie], but she was far too big and pricked ears, but we all loved her to bits and she died aged 14 ½ years. She had one litter and was not a very good mum. I kept her daughter who I showed at the small shows.

Then I bought in two bitches and all my collies go back to one of these, Kelly, She died at about 15 years of age.

 

"Deanjan" our affix, "Dean", being my oldest grandson [now 28] and "Jan" being me.

"Del" [right] is now a handsome adult who has been a consistent winner throughout the year and is siring quality puppies.

Deanjan Dream Doll 1C.C also has done well.
Her daughter Deanjan Dream Maker only went to two shows this year and was 1st Limit Bitch in a quality entry and a 2nd.
She now has puppies by "Del Boy".
