Welcome to .......................................

| We began to show Rough Collies in Adelaide, South Australia under the affix Glenberry in 1986 and have never looked back. After a few fits and starts we bought our first puppy of notable success from a small collie kennel in Victoria named Lochyle Kennels. Shelley Bateup, who was fairly selective of people she sold show dogs to, had just bred a litter from which she wanted to keep a dog puppy to show. She entrusted us with her pick of litter bitch Kylie, Ch Lochyle Eleanor Rigby, who was a grand daughter of Shaun of Sandiacre. Kylie was, like her grandfather, as large as life and was a real showgirl and a joy to show. She loved the ring and gained her title with ease. She also gave us many in group and other in show awards, including Best In Group on two occasions. We then went back to Shelly for our next show protégé and bought a dog puppy who was a son of Ch Corydon Rising Star, named Ch Lochyle Hot Toddy (Chip). Chip was always in the cards but like quite a few males was quite stubborn and took a while to get his act together and take to the show ring. However, Chip always excelled under UK judges because of his lovely head and expression. One of our greatest days with Chip was winning the Australian bred class and going on to win Australian bred in show at the Victorian National under Mrs Sandra Wigglesworth, there were 35 in the class, a very big class for Australia. Chip also managed to win many in Group and in show awards. Another special day for us was when we did the double with both Kylie and Chip being awarded the Challenge and with Kylie subsequently going best of Breed and runner-up in Group. Another occasion we well remember was when our puppy bitch Izus Haztobesnazzy won the puppy class and Best Puppy in Show under Audrey Chatfield when she judged the Adelaide Championship Show. In 1996 we came to England and after a few years we bought our first show dog of note. She is owned in partnership with Alison Grainger, Ch Samhaven Mystic Charm at Tremaro (Midge) her sire is Ch Tour de France des Marécages du Prince to Samhaven and her dam was Ch Samhaven Forgotten Charm. Midge received her first Reserve Challenge one day from her first birthday. Following a drop of her puppy coat grew only a very sparse junior coat and as a result we did not show her often. We mated her on her next season to Ch Sandiacre Schumaker in the hope of maturing her and hopefully growing a better coat.

Tremaro Teddy Bear Tremaro Teddy Bear (Teddy) born 11.8.2011 has been shown a little less than Tilly but at the shows he has attended he has also been well placed at Championship and Open Shows. But as is the case with most males he needs time to mature and grow but he moves and shows well
