The Boot Inn is a 9 bedroom Lake District Hostelry,
famous for GOOD BEER, GOOD FOOD, and a great atmosphere.

Whether it be in the Bar with its crackling log fire ,in the light and airy conservatory,or in the dining room ,which dates back to 1578, you are assured of a very warm welcome by Francis,Lesley and the friendly staff.

Musical Evening - Come and enjoy local musicians playing traditional music - it's the Boot Ceilidh ! Bring your own instrument if you like maybe join in with the singing - or simply sit back and enjoy. Dates advertised locally or call for details.

The 6th Boot Beer Festival - this is our annual summer Beer Festival in Boot with over 60 different Real Ales on offer at The Boot Inn, Brook House Inn, and The Woolpack Inn over the three days, with 20 beers on offer at any one time. In 2001, the three Inns got together to start the first Boot Beer Festival in order to try and boost business during the dreaded Foot & Mouth year. Luckily, for us, it worked and now is bigger than ever. The Boot Inn will have 30 beers on offer throughout the festival and we shall have our Fish and Chip night on the Friday -there is no need to miss the England game either on the Saturday evening - we shall be showing it on our wide plasma screen TV with a quiz at half time and spot prizes to be won!

Set amidst wonderful scenery, there are countless walks for all abilities from the door - Dog heaven!!!
